1)Portion size for snacks is approximately 04 to 05 pcs / 80 to 100 grams per portion
2) Portion size for main course items is approximately 125 – 150 grams per portion
3) Portion size for desserts is approximately 02 pcs or individual cup per person
1)VAT & Service Tax will be applicable
2. Kitchen or cooking facility on site if available can be used for freshly cooked snacks etc
3. Power connection will be required from the venue and organized by the host. Menu has been proposed considering required power is available and modifications may need to be done should the venue not have sufficient power supply
4. BTH staff will wear company standard uniform. Any special request can be met subject to charges as applicable
5. All equipment, setups etc of Banyan Tree Hospitality remain the property of the company and will be removed from the premise once the service has been delivered
6. Meals are served for a designated time considering quality of cooked food meant for human consumption. BTH will not be responsible for delays caused by a third party or change of event schedule.
